This article reports that Bowling Green is the #1 city in the state and #49 nationally (up from 116 last year) for businesses and entrepreneurs. WKU is obviously having a tremendous impact on the city.

That is a tremendous ranking for Bowling Green. 49th out of the nation is astounding IMO for a city its size and definitely shows the city is doing a whole bunch of things right. Its also impressive to hear it ranked number one in the state, another good feat when you consider it has to compete with Louisville and Lexington who are powerhouses by most measures usually.

Hopefully Bowling Green will keep doing things right and reap the benefits of being pro-entrepreneur and pro-business.
