I'm liking the public art, as well as the bench with the back in the shape of the skyline.

downtown feels so cozy and comfortable. thanks for sharing and i also love that bench!

speaking of public art...i read about the 10-foot Greene statue going up in downtown. cant wait to see it.

Wow that looks a whole lot better. Raleigh had a similiar strip-to-the-rafters rehab on the BTI building near the old North Hills Mall. It really was teh beginning of turning the area around for us. With all of DT Greensboros nightlife and such, a glassy new building could really add the visual cache needed to get some more large projects going down there.
