I see it says here in this site http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=7603 that there will be doing it in 2009, but I don't no that it means that just saying it will end on 09???????

I think they tried to get a special kind of tax credit or something, it got voted down, and the plan fell through. It's a shame, that was one of the better looking proposals the city has seen in the last 10 years....

yeah, I remember when that proposal was canceled. A sad day....because the Westin went with it
