A Florida Corporation. Under section 1.1-B in next link posted: "The project will involve facilities with an ad valorem tax value of approximately two hundred million dollars."

I sure hope that whatever this is happens. Once news breaks and details can be more certain, I think it would be safe to add this to the "mystery project" thread in the SC forum. This would definitely take the cake.

G-man, has this been around and you just now found it? or is this genuinely new and could be found in the Greenville News tomorrow???

WOA GUYS! If you add the three together, that's almost 2.4 BILIION! It sounds like it must be somewhere of 385, perhaps near Fountian Inn? Although one of them describes cuurent infrastructure of the county or the city of Greenville. All three of them mention HQs, and at least two mention hotel, residential, and retail. Also, two mention South carolina company. Any ideas? BMW? SF? Michelin? Someting Else?

Wow, $1.9 billion is a ton of money for ONE project! Being that its Greenville County (as opposed to the City) I would assume that "Project Skyline" could mean a new skyline along the interstate somewhere (you guys like to talk about the "I-85 skyline" right?). Of course, they always give these economic development projects weird names like that. Anyway, this is a huge project so whatever it is will be interesting.
