The article did make the whole thing sound rather iffy. It is encouraging that it is still alive, but I wouldn't hold any breath on this one right now.

I still wonder if the Florida company is the first one who was going to do MPTC that wanted county square. Someone once suggested that they went after this after selling MPTC to Menin. Sounds very plausible.

I noticed this morning that this article (assuming the link was correct) has now been removed. I didn't get to read the article. Did it contain anything it shouldn't have? It can't be coincidence that it's gone, can it?
