SC's best transit system (CAT) keeps getting better and more comprehensive! Their new HQ opened this past April and has cut down a lot of outsourced costs (such as traveling to Greenville for maintenance, washing, etc). Plus, their building is able to currently run off the grid and sell power back to the grid. Furthermore, the City of Seneca is expected to buy new buses from Greenville-based Proterra to enhance its sub-fleet of vehicles of the CAT system. And, of course, it's FREE to ride!
