As you can tell I removed Kansas City and California from the schedule and replaced them with good tracks (Northe Wilkes, Rockingham, and Kentucky) also I gave Las Vegas another race in place of the fall Atlanta race and moved the 2nd Pocono race to a later date and put Kentucky in that slot. And the Southern 500 took the place of the Kansas City race, with the sharpie 500 taking New Hampshire's slot.

After the race yesterday in Montreal Robby Gordon should be suspended for his actions towards Marcos Ambrose if it wasn't for Gordons hissyfit Ambrose would have won his first race, I understand rubbing is racing but knocking someone out of the way is uncalled for.

Wtih Evernham merging with a new majority owner, I will predict right now that next season his cars will be very competitive each week. With more time to keep his nose in those racecars, he will put winning cars on the track even more than he does now.

Looks like Robby Gordon is tring to make up for his actions in Montreal, he has offered his number 77 car to Ambrose for the upcoming race at Watkins Glen although it doesn't completely make up for taking the win away it does give Ambrose a chance to drive in the Nextel Cup Series which may lead to a ride for next year.

ABC will be airing a special titled "NASCAR in Primetime" starting next Wednesday. The show will last five weeks at 9pm each Wednesday. The goal is to explain the culture and attraction of the nation's fastest-growing sport to people who think it's nothing more than a redneck sloshfest.

The offical announcement just came out of Joe Gibbs Racing today Kyle Busch will join Tony Stewart and Denny Hamlin for the 2008 season, he will replace JJ Yeley in the #18 Interstate Batteries car this move will make JGR one of the strongest teams in NASCAR as if they weren't already strong.

Now that the #8 car is open what driver do you think will fill the seat?

My guess is that Mark Martin will split duties whit a yet to be named driver, or if the rumors are true that Tony Stewart will make the move to DEI for 2008 he will likely be chosen to take over the #8 car.
