Another business is moving and consolidating suburban offices into a downtown space, bringing in 125 employees to the center city:

Advantage Sales & Marketing is taking two floors of 56 Grandville, 1/2 of the former USXchange building.

I don't know if this will trigger larger companies to make the move, but it certainly helps the downtown office vacancy rates.
