Founders must really be growing their distribution routes in the Great Lakes area. I was absolutely shocked to see bottles of Red's Rye and two other varieties stocked at the Whole Foods in Milwaukee yesterday. They also had about 6 or 7 lines of Bell's.

Founders got some praise today at City Commission mtg. They, along with developers John Green and Andy Winkel, received an award from the Historoic Preservation Commission for their renovation work.

Also, I meant to add that they're building a surface lot behind Founders (Williams/Finney side)

Do you know if this is going to be gated/pay parking? I know that was originally the plan but I had assumed the whole parking area had been dropped.

Their location works so well. I can get 3 sheets to the wind then take the bus across the street.

2 minor gripes - tv's aren't close captioned and their Dirty beotch brew's alcoholic content needs to be more visible on the chalkboard. Red chalk at night is hard to see.

Not sure if it's the old Founder's portion or not, but Spectrum Health Facility Planning, Design & Construction and Real Estate Management are moving into the Brassworks building.
