James Monroe Tower needs to be reclad

The Monroe building could be beautiful if reclad. (Maybe more glassy?) In Ft. Worth after the tornado went through they did this with a tower and really improved it. Does anyone think this will happen?

(I mean the Monroe getting reclad, not a tornado going through downtown richmond)

Being a State building, I do not foresee this occurring, though, I really wish it would. I agree with who ever suggested adding a crown or something to the top in order to reclaim the tallest tower in VA (or a new tower ).

Well the state has renovated most of the buildings in the Capitol complex, maybe it'll be the last one?

I kinda like the Monroe Building the way it is. IMHO, it was one of the nicer towers built in the 80's. I'd rather see the state spend money to expand the Madison Building.
