Noticed today this building is really looking good. Anyone know the move in date? When do they start operating out of this building? I would think it would be some additional jobs for downtown, being moved from Laurens County.

What exactly is this that the Palmetto Bank is putting along Church Street? Just a plaza? I'm trying to figure out the plan...

I'm glad to see that parking won't front Church Street.

Check it out here: http://www.greatergreenville.com/city_gove...EastNorthSt.pdf

From what I've heard, it will be a small public park. Kind of a "gift to the city" from The Palmetto Bank. Should look nice from Church Street.

I had forgotten about this project as I rarely use North St as a means of entry/exit for downtown. I guess they should be occupying the building soon...? Does anyone know what will happen with the building that is currently staging their operations?

Noticed last night, that along with the completed sidewalks and landscaping, the exterior uplighting on the builing was on. Looks great. Nice addition to that corner.

I just saw this lighting this evening, myself, on the way home from Chipotle. It looks fantastic! If you see a dude with a tripod and camera aimed at it one evening before long, there's a good chance that'd be me.
