I can't believe you guys let this slip by. According to the news here and here FedEx is planning a $15 million distribution center on the old Wheland Foundry site. A developer is also planning 96 apartment units nearby. This should breathe some life back into the Wheland Foundry area I hope.

This is wonderful news since that area could use every breath it can get right now. Is there any word on the size of the FedEx building?

According to the article there will be:

51 part time jobs created with an average pay of $15.56 per hour

32 fulltime independent contractors
