That is awesome. After Mervyn's, I thought that the corner was just going to stagnate but this should give it quite the shot in the arm.

I always thought it was the weirdest location. I mean it would seem like it would be good being right off the freeway and near an intersection where theres a bunch of other commercial buildings, but when you go past the site, you hardly notice it. I felt it would be stagnant forever as well since the location is so awkward. But a Whole Foods is different. Convenience and being visible isnt the case. People will go there because they have dedicated customers, and people know where it is.
