Happened upon the site of a Dallas-based restaurant chain called Press Waffle Co. and discovered that a SoMa location is planned in the new 1424 building. Looks like it was featured on Shark Tank last year, receiving an investment from Barbara Corcoran.

I noticed that they also partner with local smaller coffee roasters in their Texas and OKC markets. Might be a great opportunity here for expansion, for someone like Blue Sail or Guillermo's.
