We once created news articles on frequent schedule but unfortunately no one wanted to contribute thus making the hard work and effort that went into creating them unsustainable. We finally eliminated the feature but have gone back to what you see on our main page and city pages. Because UP revolves around the activity in our forums all discussion is made via the forums rather than blog style comments. Simply clicking on the link at the bottom of an article on our main page or city pages will take you to that topic in the forums.

We are investigating more extensive capabilities to the site that may had the functionality you describe, but in the end it will still revolve around our forums rather than comment style posts per article.
