Thats a good link. Good crash course for those of us just learning about projects in the Queen City. I really liked the rendering of the UNCC Uptown Campus.

Is there a thread on the 1st ward urban village somewhere? I am intrugued by this, as I was just thinking how crappy it is to have all of those parking lots and junkyness in that area of 1st ward.

That rendering for the UNCC campus is preliminary, it probably won't end up looking like that.

As for the link, it's quite cumbersome to browse through; it would have been better if presented in website form.
