Uptown Parking for sale?

Is there any? For instance a couple wants to buy a one bedroom uptown and needs extra parking.

Gateway Village was selling spaces for $17k a spot a couple of years ago...I dont know if that still the case.

In most cases it is very rare, because in essence it limits the power of a site to be redeveloped. If there are any, they would only be attached to condo buildings, which due to similar subdivision, are non-redevelopable.

That's a very good price! It would be nice to find someone with a two bedroom that wants to sell there extra spot. Someone needs to start a website.
