Buildings that would make good church buildings?

Recommended Posts

I am a local pastor of a church that has used the city rather than loving it. We are seeking to change and as part of that to move to a more central part of Shreveport, to be in a place where we can do a better job of serving the city.

We are open to, perhaps even preferring, non-churchy-looking buildings. We are looking to spend between $500K to $1.5 Million. We have thought about the Boots Pharmaceutical building on Line Avenue or in tossing around ideas Just for Feet (zoning may be doubtful for this one).

Many of you seem to want to see the city thrive. Any suggestions on possibilities? TIA
