I know Pooler and all around are growing, but is there a need for another 1.4 million square feet of mall, where it's just a 10 minute drive away from the Savannah and Oglethorpe Malls (which together are over 2 million sq. ft.)?

I mean, I see the need for some shopping there, but maybe just 400-500K square feet of it. If that much.

I agree...everytime Ive been down that highway it seems like it takes forever to get to intown Savannah.

Savannah seems to have the best shopping already in Georgia outside of Atlanta. There are 3 malls that i know of (Im including Hilton Head because it is only 20 minutes or so away), plus outlet malls within 35 minutes of either side. Isnt there a huge new Lifestyle Center somewhere near HHI too? And of course cant forget Downtown Savannah....
