Don Barden to Supreme Court?

Apparently the Carnegie Science Center is considering taking Don Barden and Majestic Star Casino to the Supreme Court if traffic concerns aren't dealt with at the North Shore. Neither the Steelers nor the Pirates are thrilled with the situation either.

No doubt Isle Of Capri would've been taken to task in ways as well, but, do not believe to this kind of degree.

Traffic studies should have been done for all three proposed sites before a license was awarded. This is just plain silly.
