^I do to. BTW what are streets in San Juan like at street level? Are the city blocks fairly small and walkable and is there a lot of mixed use development?

The streets are pretty walkable,just like in Hawaii.There are many controlled acces communitiesover here...

Well theres been a boom for mixed use development lately.
