Schaller Anderson Inc., which has made several fastest-growing-company lists, is being acquired by Aetna for about $535 million.

Based in Phoenix, Schaller Anderson manages Medicaid plans throughout the nation. As a result of this transaction, Aetna will house its Medicaid business at Schaller Anderson's Phoenix headquarters.
