Any idea if that may be salvageable. I thought that maybe it could in the first few shots, but then I looked closer. Did the roof collapse? Then in one of the last shots of the block, the back of the building looks pretty bad. But I'm not an architect, so I really haven't a clue.

It was discussed elsewhere that the mortar between the bricks was damaged from the heat. Technically the building can be salvaged, but the cost to do so would be higher than probably what the insurance company and the owner can provide. It's worth a try though. Otherwise, I heard this building will be replaced by one that is somewhat similar in appearance.
