True, I would guess that was a door and a garage door at one time.

 

If anyone wants to see the potential retail space and maybe some of the apartments, I can talk to them again about taking a small group through.

I would try to make that tour.  I think this building is really interesting.

good pic pa. The windows really do look nice, and they really give it a more finished look! Now all they have to do is fix the old grand central sign.

I love it. One of my favorite buildings (I love the layers and add-ons) restored. We need a good coffee shop South of Fulton. That'd be a great spot.

 

As far as the Grand Central 'sign'. I hope they don't paint it and just let it weather. Similar to the building Hopcat is in, I like the old painted signs with a little bit of age.

Should do well. That area is a great spot with all the new office space in grid70 ect and the law school there. I wish them the best!

Love to see that the building filled so quickly. Havnt been inside the coffee shop yet but it looks nice
