Lookslike it is very pedestrian oriented, BUT it ignores the current road system and builds a loop road around the evelopment, i find that to be silly.

Well the latest news is that Dee Dee is in negotiations with Four Seasons Hotel to build there. She met with neighborhood leaders today at the Wachovia Tourney to give them an update.

I have serious doubts about 4 Seasons willing to commit to this site......if they are negotiating, it will certainly fall apart when they actually visit the site and tour the area.

I can't help but wonder, how is this project (The Ritz-Carlton Residences) coming along? And anything else new for Seven Eagles? We haven't heard much lately.

Haven't heard a word about it lately, although I was thinking that one of those underutilized sites east of the Speciality Shops on the Park and north of SouthPark Mall would be a perfect location for the store- until I saw the "Bojangle's- Coming Soon" signs on one of those lots, following the new Walgreen's.
