Also, have you got any news about the renovation of the Walker Center?

Nothing new, but that sounds like what I read about it--they want to make it Class A and basically completely gut the thing...keeping the exterior, but making the inside completely new.

Thanks, Viperlord. The Walker Center improvements look promising. I think it's great when something as historic as that building can be saved from decline and the risk of the wrecking ball. I did not see anything on the Angelina's Corner project you mentioned. Could you provide some details? Also, any word on whether the Kearns Building is similarly slated for renovation?

I have not heard anything about the kearns building.

The planned project will include five live/work spaces and thirty 2 bedroom condos, all for sale to homebuyers.

Oh, I think they should keep Angelina's corner the way it is. That's....way nicer. Which intersection is that, anyway?

angelina's corner is on the corner of 700 south and 200 west. right where the trax train rounds the corner. Also... there are other phases that will be developed as part of this project. What you see there is just phase 1. There are a couple more phases planned.

Nice...that's a great spot for development, especially with the new Trax stop there...hope this goes forward.
