Best Art Deco Skyscraper in your city?

The City Hall of St. Paul, Minnesota is unusual. The exterior is somewhat drab and is in a typically Deco Moderne style:

However when you go inside it reveals itself to be like a geode, sparkling with black marble, a gold mirror ceiling and hollow bronze shafts lit from within and set into marble columns:

The Statue is by Swedish sculptor Carl Milles. It is 36 feet high and carved from Mexican onyx. It depicts a quintet of Native Americans at its base smoking peace pipes. The smoke that rises turns into the image of the Indian God of Peace. The statue rotates to the left and right:

Since the hall is so dark, it is very difficult to get a good picture of it. It's very much like stepping into something out of The Wizard of Oz.
