not only that, a RI based company with national outreach will relocate here from Warwick and eventually add staff:

The 1912 RI Medical Society building at the corner of Hayes and Francis Street (btwn. Providence Place and Masonic Temple) is one of my favorites. The Medical Society sold it in 2003 and Moran Shipping Agencies, which facilitates international trade by assisting oceangoing vessels transiting U.S. ports, has now purchased the 12,000 sf bldg. and plans to rehab it for it's RI headquarters (they currently have an office on Jefferson Blvd.)

I like how in a way, the stair tower blends, same brick and other features, but also, it looks different enough to tell it is an add on, the large windows. It says it is of a different era, but does not scream so too loudly.
