Does anyone know what this bizarre looking "situation" is off 2nd Street in Davis... the area between where Faraday doesn't connect?

Just curious... I was looking around in Mapquest "Aerial Image" and saw it... the only thing I can figure is it might have been a hastily-thrown together BMX park at one time.

I guess it also could've been an industrial building that burned or was demolished.

If you'd like to see the image larger, just search do a map search for Faraday Avenue, Davis, CA in Mapquest.
