I like the site plan. I think this will really work well ( i dont really have any knowledge to back it up, its just my opinion).

I was down there most of the afternoon today. The riverfront was packed with people but Hart Plaza was mostly empty except for a few people passing through and some others laying on the grass. I think the improvements will make Hart a destination for folks rather then a place to pass through.

HP's biggest problem is the green space it does have feels so inaccessible me. It sits high berms making feel like something should looked in an art gallery rather than used as a public park.

Parts of it were fenced off this weekend (the grass)
