My thoughts: Stay away from my golf course!! :)

I dont know what it will do to Springfield. I really don't think it will hurt it very much, because most people that go to Branson either drive or take a bus, not fly into springfield.

It will take a while for the Branson airport to hurt Springfield-Branson National. However I do see what you are saying. I think maybe 15 years down the road we will see that it ended up taking away business from the Springfield airport. But by that time I bet that Branson will be in the Springfield MSA and we will have alot more flights and low cost airlines.
