I'm thinking around Windsor Street right near where the Meadows Music Theatre currently is....

Hmmm..

I think it was the Hartford yard area. I believe where the CSO goes east from the yard, the CSO goes to the regional market and where Amtrak/PAR/CSO/CSX goes north and south.
