Gosh there is a lot of concrete and highways. Do these areas have any kind of mass transit?

there is a metro under construction but due to unknown reasons, construction is stopped now..........

besides subways are being built in all the city......transportation infraestructure is increasing in Lima so fast in the last 5 years....................
