Yesterday the Chancery Court judge dismissed the pending lawsuit against the City of Chattanooga-challenging its re-zoning of property at Hixson Pike and Cassandra Smith Road (for a new Publix). The case was apparently without merit.

Now, Publix has 3 announced sites in CHA that are ready to go.

E. Brainerd

Maybe they will now look at Battlefield Parkway???
