Does Australian humour translate well for you?

As the title suggests, I'm curious to know if it does. Of course there is not just one type of Aussie humour.

It could have been in Australian movies and/or television programs that you have seen. You may have come across examples of it through exchange students, chatrooms, social contacts, relatives or business associates. You may have travelled to or stayed/lived in Australia for a period. A Hugh Jackman or Nicole Kidman interview perhaps.

Tending to be none, some or "all of the above"?

Did you find that particular humour at the time funny or were you offended? Did you find a strong cultural difference in it or that humour can be quite universal?
