I saw this project written up in the Chattanooga Times Free Press. There was a rendering and it looked good. This project will be a great infill project for North Chattanooga. At over $250 / Sq Ft, this project is at the high end of housing costs in Chattanooga, and it will be interesting to see how well they sell at those prices. They may sell pretty well because of the prime location.
