New DT Apartment Building

This is a funny little article from the Tennessean about a much earlier time in Nashville when the Capitol Towers opened. I didn't know about this building, but seeing it in the pictures allowed me to connect in my mind exactly where it is. Also, there is another brick apartment building on the opposite corner at Gay and James Robertson. It appears in the background of the first picture and is of an earlier vintage. I remember touring that place and Metro Manor (aross 5th Ave) back when I was in college. I think we could use some other buildings of this nature for downtown.
