Duke is actually working on this as we speak. As part of their $13 billion power-grid improvement plan they announced back in April, they will be burying power lines over the next ten years. Obviously this doesn't mean all of them, but it's a start. IMO developers should be required to foot the bill for burying power lines within and adjacent to their properties.

Loved the airplane shots here is one of the Duke Energy Center I do love that building. This morning as the low clouds were lifting.

My friend the pro took this shot. I call it Density uptown . Today. And yes we do have a historical building in this photo the Tryon Plaza built in 1927 and this was the tallest building in the city for 35 years at 22 stories and now buried behind taller newer buildings.

Not a photo be careful looking at this eclipse. I have seen the stories of people who looked and lost vision in one eye. Like a huge black spot on their vision so concentrate on other photos of the near darkness. I will be in eclipse central a super secure estate outside of Charleston watching how animals react.
