Ugh that lot has got to be one of the biggest puzzle pieces left to develop in Uptown.  I'm sure it's value has done nothing but skyrocket.

Charlotte has more or less let the church have it for now.  And I guess that's the right thing to do since that stretch of Trade hasn't been the focus of development.  I imagine once Kessler gets started on the Grand Bohemian that murmurings will pick up.

Great photo.  I think I am more excited to see the remaining lots (& parking decks) developed than I am about the current development.  It's really great to dream the park and the ballpark completely surrounded!
