I don't know what the skyline is reflecting off of, but it makes it look like water.  It wold be really cool if the city was waterfront.  Very nice picture.

It was because of where he sat the camera down on a ledge and the lighting. Not water but would be nice maybe we can get one of those crystal clear blue lagoons in Charlotte someday.

Makes me look forward to the Federal Courthouse, Knights Outfield, Bohemian, Levines rumored residential tower, and the eventual build out of gateway station. Pretty much everything will be filled in. If only you could get rid of that sub station... can you get rid of substations?
