That's a bit extreme. There's an Indian festival and a Puerto Rican festival going on at this very moment. They may not be standing structures or strolling/shopping districts, but they're here and they happen annually. Pick one or both and go enjoy yourself. Indian festival is uptown & Puerto Rican is in Symphony Park where the Colombian festival was a few weeks ago.

And I'm assuming that ballerina is in the city ballet.

Claiming zero nightlife and dining is extreme as well. Yes, there's room for plenty more, but this isn't [insert name of cultureless tiny town here].

I think Fahrenheit is the best all around rooftop in CLT. Two big a** penthouses, resturant/bar, dipping puddle...I mean pool, a herb garden and arguably the best postcard worthy skyline view of the city. It's not the prettiest, but from deserted shell for years to this, I'll take it.
