I think it is the next phase that is rumored to be starting on LU beside the parking garage on Mint.

my guess for the height of LU3, which I understand is around 20 floors. Will be built between the parking deck and bank of america stadium. It looks pretty short but don't forget about 3pt perspective, it'd be a whole two blocks from the corner of Tryon and Hill.

I see Legacy Union 2. Is 3 the far left? I would think if it is Honeywell HQ it would be taller and directly above 2.

Legacy 3, is what I have rendered there. Honeywell is not a done deal. The building fronting Mint is 2 extra large charlotte blocks toward Mint St. So it would appear pretty small. Again, 3 point perspective was used to draw a 20 floor building there.

One word describes this transformation:

WOW!!!!!!

That's one nice, big city y'all got there. :)

That’s amazing.  It’s like the transformation of David Banner into the Hulk (i.e., scrawny to brawney)!

A view of the skyline from the Freedom Dr. corridor, an area where we don't see many pics of the skyline taken here on UP.

It's not every day you see a pink Lambo, but there it is.

Fyi, Google Maps has updated street view for some of the major streets in the area.

Interesting Google Maps moment, considering there is a Huracan in the parking lot next to an older Chevy truck...which i can thank an older GMC truck for helping me renovate my house lol
