Whether upside down or a mirror image with a tilt, it has to be flipped one way or the other to make it resemble anything close to a map of the Carolinas. Never mind this question. lol After looking on Google Earth, I determined this pic was taken from an office building in University City. That construction is for the Mattamy Townhomes. I thought that pic was taken off I-85 near Statesville Ave. and thought that construction was the start of the solar farm that was proposed for that old landfill site.
