That would've been totally worth it! I had it set up to follow my car on some back roads, but it couldn't keep up, traffic started lining up behind me, and snow banks kept me from pulling over. By the time I could turn around it had disappeared. I searched for a while hoping it had just gone back to where I launched it, but no luck!

Today was beautiful clear skies and beautiful skyline from all over and above (at least without a drone LOL)

for those with a drone have you ever thought about taking it up to Newton so we can see how huge the Apple data farm is and it is HUGE?  there are so places you might be able to see the whole complex without flying over their Apple airspace LOL.    They have 100s of acres not developed and about 100 acres or so developed not counting the huge solar farm.

If it helps, it’s getting fixed, it’s just been complicated getting the right replacement light. Not sure how long it’ll take, but they are working on it!

I took a family trip to Pelham, NC by way of Charlotte to Wilmington and Wilmington to Pelham for a family wedding. Love seeing the city from the sky, especially the pockets of urban areas outside of Uptown. I hope these post correctly. 

A pretty good full skyline shot aside from blocking Truist Center.

We should have those scatter throughout the walkable parts of the city. Uptown, southend, noda, midtown, plaza midwood, south park, etc. That'd be really cool.
