Absolutely love this shot!! By far my favorite view of our skyline, I think its the only view that gives us an accurate representation of all our main towers.

I hope some of our great UP photographers can get a photo of this new year's eve even if it is raining or cloudy. from Twitter tonight.

It just amazes me that in a few short years (if growth & tower development continue) that Charlottes Skyline will rival Minneapolis & Denver.  Those two cities have benefits that CLT doesn't.

I'd say Charlotte already has a better skyline than Denver. For a city of its size, Denver has an incredibly dull and boring skyline. Denver definitely beats Charlotte in downtown street activation and urban livability though. 

Minneapolis and Charlotte both have beautiful skylines. Minneapolis has the benefit of some incredible architecture, older buildings, and a really lovely riverwalk that adds a lot of visual interest. And density. Their skyline punches below their weight-class whereas I think Charlotte punches above ours.
