Bridgeview on Northshore

Does anybody have any information on this project? I've seen a rendering and it looks very big. It's going up at the base of of Market Street bridge on the north shore. It's five stories and has great massing along the streets (it's on the corner). It has a cupola and appears to be all brick/stone. Nice looking.

Here's some construction pics I took of this project today. This thing is going up fast, and it's a wonderful project for Chattanooga's North Shore. Together with One North Shore this project creates an entrance to the north end of Chattanooga's newest park, Renaissance Park.
