From over a block away on River Road.....older pic of the 525 Lafayette Street condo's at the IBM block...the LaSalle State bldg(right)  behind it almost blends in  :shades:

First time I can say I agree with the comment section. But corporate welfare has gotten completely out of control. The IBM building in Boulder is practically empty and falling apart.

It's an old building, gates break, dirty, dusty, multiple parts have been leased out to other companies, the parking lots could hold maybe 2500 cars, most you will see is a few hundred.

Sorry, I missed the Boulder part.

Batch 13 moving to downtown Baton Rouge

Batch 13 Biscuit & Bowls, a fast-casual concept launched by Al Copeland Investments in 2017, will be moving from Essen Lane into the space previously occupied by Another Broken Egg in the IBM building in downtown Baton Rouge.

The restaurant is set to open in February, though the official opening date of the new location and the closing of the one on Essen Lane have not been set

That's cool Dan!  Glad  you got to enjoy it Hoping the new Batch 13 will be able to bounce back!

The IBM Complex looks cool  from  Port Allen side....like the way the State Buildings blend in

525Lafayette(right)   is a nice looking  Mid-rise residential along the riverfront.  But BR needs a "true" high rise 20+ story Residential Tower...

The failed proposed River Place would be in front of the Hampton Inn (right)

The river is still high; but slowly going down
