I think Brown and Root will eventually move downtown (or back to the old Essen digs).   Unfortunately demand for office space is down across the country now b/c of the Pandemic.

It's too bad Epic Piping leased space off of Airline instead of downtown.    They'd be a cool anchor tenant to one of those older towers.    It would be neat to see the word EPIC on one of those buildings.

Where were they on Essen? I remember they had that building near the old Barnes and Nobles on Corporate.

Shaw building - Brown and Root has a lot of the same faces on the board as Shaw.
