The article is a little dated, but gives a good update nonetheless. Of particular interest is the section on what Northland plans to do with the YMCA building--there's a date. I would also add that the section about UConn Hospital in Farmington is probably a no go. I do not think the legislature approved the funding for this; instead a study was commissioned.

Sounds pretty good when you lump it all together - too bad folks around here refuse to. How did annexation proceedings begin in other metro areas?

Walked by the former Trust Bar today on Asylum and Trumbull and saw that scaffolding has gone up all around the building. I believe it's going to be a back. This should tie in nicely with the Trumbull Street redo and the planned "Pratt Street" design for that part of Asylum.
