A "visor" on a building in Orlando! That's a first! (not). Anyone care to elaborate on two simple questions I have...

1) What are 90% of our new buildings designed by BBArch? (<-- Doh, the post above happened while I was typing)

2) What do all of BBArch's buildings look so damn similar?

The architect is CT HSU. The direction is NW. The entrance for the trucks will be on Pine and Central. The trees seperate the site from the railroad tracks. The building will be 12 stories total.
